
I confess, it sounded a little suspect to me this Zero Balancing…like a
procedure Mr. Spock might perform on the starship Enterprise.
However, by the end of my first session, I was in a
completely different state of mind than I had been when I arrived. I felt
more in touch with myself…more neutral…more
balanced. When I stood, I realized my body was in a different state,
too. I was convinced I was at least a foot taller. My posture had improved
and my head felt light on my shoulders.
My monthly treatments have become an indispensable part of my
life, as they have offered me a regular opportunity to rediscover the
mind-body connection that can so easily be missed in the busyness of living.

After years of struggling with pain in my shoulder and upper arm, I decided I had little to lose to experiment with Zero Balancing. During the session, which was calm and quiet, I experienced the flow of energy through my body where it hadn't been before. The session really addressed the problem at its core. Subsequently, it has sometimes come back if over strained, but not at the same level or way as before. About five months ago, I had a bad fall on cement. My right arm, ribs, hips and both knees were bruised badly. Both of my knees had twisted in the fall. Soon afterwards, I had to board a plane for 3 hours. By the time we landed I was very stiff and hurting badly. I had a Zero Balancing session that week. I’d had them before and knew this was what I needed to heal. The Zero Balancing sessions are so gentle and relaxing. My intention for the session was to be pain free and be able to move freely again. After the session I could move easier than before. By the next day there was even more improvement and less pain. Each day there was noticeable improvement. I was introduced to Zero Balancing by my sister & mother who explained that you must try the experience rather than just hearing about it. I now recommend others to try this unique method of what I refer to as "mind & body melding". I was afflicted with frozen shoulder and found much relief with ZB. Linda Bacon is very familiar with this ailment and was a great help. The first time I went for a zero balance was the most profound, and I found myself in a meditative state while being adjusted. It is a non-evasive procedure and the only way to fully explain how I felt afterwards is "lighter". I felt taller, straighter and as if physical and mental burdens had been lifted.
